All pricing will be disclosed up front.
50% non-refundable deposit will be required at signing of Transaction Coordinator Agreement with Your Transaction Exchange for all Investment and Creative Financing transactions. Typically, the remainder will be charged at closing, on the settlement statement.

Contract to Close Transaction Coordination
Full-Service transaction coordination for Realtors/Brokers is $395 for either buyer or seller representation or $525 for a double end deal.

Other Services Offered
Fees for these services are due upfront/upon invoice and are not subject to contract acceptance or closing.
Listing Management - $125 per listing
· Input listing into MLS with photos and any PDF attachments requested by Agent.
· Enter showing instructions into Showingtime.
· Review listing agreement to ensure it is complete and required disclosures are included.
· Submit to your office for compliance.
· Obtain HOA application procedures, rules and regulations, and other pertinent information.
· Make changes in MLS throughout the transaction (price changes, open houses, extensions, status changes, new photos, etc.)
· Agent to provide executed listing agreement and MLS input sheet.
